How to use notepad to shutdown a system

Hello
I will teach you how you can create a shortcut on your 💻 computer and you will program the shortcut in S such a way that when anybody open it the system will shutdown.
Now follow this steps👇
Let your system be in the environment
📣 Now left click on the environment it will pop-up term like : 👇
Arrange icon by
Refresh
New
Property
📣Now click on New
Note: when you put your cursor on new it will pop-out some terms like :👇
📁 folder
Shortcut
And others.

Input this command 👇
Shutdown /s
Note: there is space after that shutdown
📣Click Next
📣When you click next input any name you feel like eg Jenifa diary, PES 2017 and so on any thing you feel like
📣click Next
📣Click finish
📣Now carry your cursor to that shortcut let click on it
